Prices

What is charged for is document export — invoices (請求書), timesheets (稼働明細), work reports (業務報告書) and quotations (見積書) — and the features that go with it. The features for keeping records stay in the free tier, including after the paid plan becomes available.

The prices shown include Japan's consumption tax (消費税). The amount you are actually charged will be the amount shown on the purchase screen. If we revise our prices, we will give notice in advance on this page and within the Service.

We are a tax-exempt business (免税事業者) and are not registered as an issuer of Qualified Invoices (適格請求書), so we cannot issue a Qualified Invoice for the subscription fee (this is separate from the invoices you yourself produce with the Service). How that affects the input tax credit (仕入税額控除) on your side is for you to check.

The paid plan (Pro) is not yet available. Every feature, document export included, can currently be used free of charge. The prices, payment method, time of payment and time of provision set out below are the terms we intend to apply once the paid plan becomes available. We will give notice of when it becomes available, and of how to subscribe, on this page and within the Service.

Costs other than the price of the Service

• Communication charges for connecting to the internet are borne by the customer.
• Costs of an environment you already have, such as the spreadsheet software needed to open the documents you export, are not included.

Payment method

Once the paid plan becomes available, payment will be by credit card only. Payments are processed through the payment service operated by Stripe.

Card numbers and other payment details are handled by Stripe; we neither receive nor retain them.

Time of payment

Once the paid plan becomes available, the first period will be payable when you complete the purchase.

The subscription then renews automatically until you cancel, and each period is charged on its renewal date (every month on the monthly plan, every year on the annual plan).

Time of provision of the Service

Once the paid plan becomes available, the paid features will be usable immediately after payment is completed.

What we provide is the right to use software that runs in your browser (a licence). It is not a download sale in which the software itself is handed over to you.

The licence is issued after payment is completed. Follow the instructions on screen to register it on the device you use.

Returns and cancellation

Because what we provide is a service, we cannot as a rule accept returns or refunds once provision has begun.

You may cancel at any time. To stop the next renewal, cancel by the day before the next renewal date. After cancelling you keep the paid features until the last day of the period already paid for.

Cancellations are accepted at the email address given above. If cancelling from within the Service is made possible, we will explain how on this page and within the Service when the paid plan becomes available.

If we fail to provide the Service for reasons attributable to us, or where a refund is required by law, we will deal with the matter individually.

If you cancel of your own accord, the fee for a period that has already begun is not refunded on a pro rata basis. If we discontinue the paid plan on our own initiative, we refund the fee for the unexpired part of the period on a pro rata basis (the same treatment as under the Terms of Service).

System requirements

The Service runs in a browser. The following is required.

• A current version of a browser in which IndexedDB is available (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari or Firefox).
• In a browser's private mode, or where the site's stored data is subject to deletion, your records may not be kept, or may be lost.
• Spreadsheet software is required separately in order to open the documents you export (Excel format).

Special terms of sale

• The licence is for the person who purchases it to use in their own business. It may not be transferred or lent to a third party.
• The records you enter are stored only on your own device (in the browser's IndexedDB), and we do not hold them. Taking backups is the customer's responsibility.
• The Service does not meet the storage requirements of the Electronic Books Preservation Act (電子帳簿保存法) — timestamps, a history of corrections and deletions, and the search requirements. Please keep the records required by law by separate means.
• The Service is a tool that helps you keep records and prepare documents; we do not give tax, legal or accounting advice. The contents of the documents you produce are for you to check.
• Anything not stated here is governed by the Terms of Service.
